Fitness/nutrition

WALT keeping ourselves fit and healthy
On Wednesdays we have been working with Karen to keep fit and healthy for when we grow up.
Karen makes up some games for us to play like... she pulls a card out of a bag some times she pulls out a card that means we have to do push-ups and other stuff and then other day's we just talk about healthy food and nutrition.

These are some things that I didn't know before and know now
We have to stretch before and after a work out.
We have to drink at least 8 leitears a day.
We can turn fitness into a game.
